admirable experience
superb location good welcome thoughtful amenities turn down service
the location is superb making the access to main attractions convenient. the prosecco offered upon arrival was a good welcome after a long journey. my superior room had thoughtful amenities including a soap menu. daily turndown service with chocolates and water bottles was a treat.
housekeeping was very busy, and our room was not made up until late on one day.

the rooftop terrace is beautifully arranged, though the swimming pool is very small. the fitness center features modern equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. the under grain restaurant offers an exquisite dining experience.

the staff members were helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with requests. the reception team offered excellent restaurant recommendations. housekeeping provided a very clean and well kept room daily.

helpful staff infused water soap menu
I enjoyed my stay very much. the hotel's location allowed easy exploration of the area with charming restaurants. the staff were very helpful. Jennifer assisted me in planning a day trip. i appreciated the infused water in reception and the soap menu available.
The street outside was noisy. This was disruptive most evenings. the music was dreadfully loud and impacted my stay. the hotel should consider double or triple glazing to reduce the noise.

The location was amazing! it was so easy to explore nearby shops and restaurants. the room upgrade i received was a great bonus. It really enhanced my stay. the rooftop pool area was gorgeous. It offered fine views.
The gym equipment was limited. There were only a few options available. housekeeping seemed understaffed. My room wasn't cleaned until late one day. there was noise from the street. It was quite disruptive in the evenings
